小弟是最近開始學微積分的菜雞，解一題都需要很久，正在寫習題有幾題卡關了，想請問版上有沒有能解惑的微積分高手
1.If f(x,y)=xy/x^2+y^2, find lim(x,y)→(0,0) f(x,y) along the line C:y=x.
2.Find the limit lim(x,y)→(0,0) xy^4/x^2+y^8 if it exists, or write the answer as −1 if it does not exist.

看樣子你是沒聽過symbolab
你可以上去輸入函式就可以得到解

A1. let y=x, then f(x,y)=x^2/2x^2=g(x)
      lim (x,y)→(0,0)f(x,y)= lim x→0 g(x) = 1/2

A2. let xy^4/x^2+y^8=f(x,y)
      let y=x, then f(x,y)=x^5/x^2+x^8=g(x)
      lim (x,y)→(0,0)f(x,y)= lim x→0 g(x) =0
      構思反例的思路是使 xy^4/x^2是個常數，例如1
      則xy^4/x^2=1 → x=y^4
      let x=y^4, then f(x,y)=y^8/y^8+y^8=h(y)
      lim (x,y)→(0,0)f(x,y)= lim y→0 h(y) =1
      因為y=x和 x=y^4 兩種逼近方式得出不同極限，所以極限不存在
      answer -1
